Ragıp Mümtaz KUTOĞLU graduated from the Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences in 1974 and completed his postgraduate specialization at the Institute of Business Economics, Istanbul University in 1975.
Following his education, he began his professional career in accounting and, in 1980, founded Kutoğlu Consulting, laying the foundations of one of Turkey’s most respected financial advisory firms.
Throughout his over 45-year career, he has provided consultancy services to numerous companies in the fields of taxation, accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance, working in close collaboration with public institutions, industrial enterprises, commercial organizations, and international investors.
His professional approach has always been grounded in ethics, transparency, and trust, values that have shaped the strong reputation Kutoğlu Consulting enjoys today.
Holding the titles of Sworn Certified Public Accountant and Independent Auditor, Mr. Kutoğlu is also a certified expert in Concordat Administration and Forensic Accounting.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of Turkish tax legislation, audit practices, and incentive regimes, and continues to contribute to the development of the profession by mentoring young professionals.
Today, as the Founding Partner of Kutoğlu Consulting, he plays an active role in preserving the firm’s strategic vision, quality standards, and ethical values.
Neslihan KUTOĞLU

Neslihan KUTOĞLU began her career in accounting after completing her undergraduate studies and obtained the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2016.
Throughout her professional career, she has provided consultancy services to both local and international companies in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and social security legislation.
She has specialized in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis within international projects, particularly in PL (Profit and Loss) and GL (General Ledger) formats.
In addition, she has played an active role in the compliance processes of foreign entities operating in Turkey, integrating social security, payroll, and labor law regulations into corporate procedures.
Today, she serves as a Managing Partner at Kutoğlu Consulting, overseeing the firm’s international advisory, financial reporting, social security, and tax planning services.
Kıvanç KUTOĞLU

Kıvanç KUTOĞLU began his professional career after completing his undergraduate studies, providing accounting, taxation, and regulatory advisory services to companies across various industries.
Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in the implementation of tax and social security incentives under Law No. 4691 on Technology Development Zones and Law No. 5746 on R&D, Design, and Innovation Activities.
His work focuses on helping technology and innovation-driven enterprises benefit from these incentives effectively and in full compliance with the law.
Mr. Kutoğlu is an expert in tax legislation, VAT refund procedures, incentive systems, and financial analysis, and he integrates digital reporting tools into financial management processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
He has also held leadership roles in respected non-governmental organizations, combining his professional expertise with a commitment to social responsibility and professional education.
Today, he serves as a Managing Partner at Kutoğlu Consulting, leading the firm’s vision in digital transformation, incentive consulting, and strategic financial planning.
